Sound familiar?
You've started programs before. Then work, travel, and life got loud, and the plan fell apart. That's not a willpower problem. It's a system problem. Strength Minimum is the smallest plan that still works, so it survives a busy week.
How it works
Open the program and it tells you exactly what to do today.
Test
Four quick tests on Day 1 (push-ups, plank, squat hold, and glute bridge) give you a starting score.
Train
12 guided workouts over 4 weeks, each about 20 minutes. They get a little harder every week, and every move has an easier and a harder option.
Retest
Same four tests on Day 28. You see exactly how much stronger you got, in numbers, not just a feeling.
What's inside
Everything lives in one simple program on your phone.
12 guided workouts
Push, pull, and legs, with a video and coaching cues for every exercise, a built-in rest timer, and sets you tap off as you go.
A real 4-week progression
Learn, build, add, peak. Each week tells you exactly what changes, so you keep getting stronger instead of repeating the same workout.
3 daily minimums
Protein at every meal, your step goal, and 7.5+ hours in bed. Tap them off each day and watch your streak build.
Day 1 and Day 28 tests
A simple before-and-after assessment designed by a physical therapist, with your results side by side at the end.
Guides that stay short
A protein cheat sheet, the BAR Sleep Guide, and a 100-second mobility routine for rest days.
A direct line to Dr. Brad
Questions, pain, or feedback go straight to a doctor of physical therapy, not a support desk.

"Better" means a higher total score, or improvement on at least 2 of the 4 tests. Request your refund within 14 days of your Day 28 test.

- You can't spare 20 minutes, 3 days a week
- You have an active injury that needs one-on-one care first
Questions
Straight answers before you buy.
I'm really out of shape. Is this too hard for me?
No. This is exactly who it's for. Every exercise has an easier option, and Week 1 is about learning the moves, not pushing hard. You start where you are and build from there.
Do I really need zero equipment?
Yes. Everything uses your body weight and a wall or the floor. If a move gets too easy later on, a loaded backpack works as extra weight.
Why only 20 minutes, 3 times a week?
Because that's what busy people actually stick with. Short, consistent strength training done with real effort builds strength. The plan you do beats the perfect plan you skip.
What if I've tried programs before and quit?
Strength Minimum is built for that. There's no calendar to fall behind on: the app always shows your next workout. Miss a day and you just pick up where you left off.
How do I get the program?
Right after checkout you go straight to your program. It works on your phone like an app, with no download or login. Bookmark it, or add it to your home screen.
What happens after 28 days?
Run it again using the harder options, keep your three daily minimums going, or book a free consult to talk about coaching built around your goals.
I have pain or an old injury. Can I do this?
Most people can, using the easier options and skipping anything that hurts. If you have an active injury that needs one-on-one care, book a free consult first and Dr. Brad will tell you honestly whether this is the right fit.
How does the guarantee work?
Do all 12 workouts and both tests. If your Day 28 results aren't better than your Day 1 results, email Dr. Brad and he'll refund your $99. Better means a higher total score, or improvement on at least 2 of the 4 tests.
