BAR Health Coaching, LLC ("BAR," "we," "us") runs barhealthcoaching.com and its program pages, including programs.barhealthcoaching.com and down10.barhealthcoaching.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email [email protected].

Information you give us

• Forms. When you request a free guide, send a message, or ask about Workplace Performance, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, company, and message. These forms are delivered to our inbox by our form provider, Web3Forms.
• Bookings. When you book a consultation or appointment, our scheduling provider, Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace), collects the details you enter on the booking form.
• Payments. Purchases and memberships are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us your name, email address, and what you bought.
• Coaching. If you become a client, you may share health and fitness information with Dr. Brad so he can build your plan. We use it only to coach you, and we never share it for advertising.

Please don't include sensitive health details in website forms unless you want Dr. Brad to read them.

Program progress stays on your device

Our self-guided programs, like Strength Minimum, save your workouts, habits, and test results in your own browser's storage. That information stays on your device and isn't sent to us unless you choose to send it, for example with the "Ask Dr. Brad" or "Share your results" forms.

Analytics and advertising

• Cloudflare Web Analytics. We count visits, pages viewed, and traffic sources in aggregate. It doesn't use cookies or identify you personally.
• Meta Pixel. Our pages use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, which uses cookies and similar technology to tell Meta when you view a page, request a free guide, start a checkout, or open a purchased program. This helps us measure our ads and show our ads to people who have visited our site. We send Meta the type of action only. We don't send your name, email address, form answers, or health information. Meta's use of this data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

You can limit ad tracking in your Meta ad preferences, block third-party cookies in your browser, or use the opt-out tools at aboutads.info.

How we use your information

• To send you the guide or reply you asked for
• To schedule and deliver coaching and programs you purchase
• To send occasional emails about health tips and our programs, if you requested a free guide. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• To understand how our site is used and to measure our advertising

We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run our business, such as Web3Forms, Acuity Scheduling, Stripe, Google Workspace (email), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), and Meta (advertising, as described above), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to provide our services and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
