The idea

Most programs ask for more time than you have. BAR asks for the minimum effective dose: the few habits that actually improve your health and pain, done consistently, with a clinician watching your back.

How it works

Three steps from first call to a plan that runs on its own.

01

Free consult

A 30-minute call about your goals, your schedule, your injuries, and your equipment.

02

Your plan

Training, nutrition, and recovery targets built around the week you actually have.

03

Coaching that adjusts

Regular check-ins with Dr. Brad. When life gets busy, the plan bends instead of breaking.

1:1 coaching

Six appointments a month, a personalized program, and health coaching from Dr. Brad.

About

A clinician who still trains like an athlete.

I'm a doctor of physical therapy (George Washington University), a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a certified nutrition coach. I was a Virginia state champion in tennis, and I've spent more than a decade competing, coaching, and choreographing in bhangra.

BAR is what I wish every busy professional had: a plan that respects your time and your body, from someone trained to work with both.

Questions

Straight answers before you book.

How much time does this actually take?

Less than you think. Strength Minimum is three short workouts a week. Coaching plans are built around your real calendar, so a 20-minute session at home counts.

Do I need a gym or equipment?

No. Every program has a no-equipment option, and if you do have a gym, Dr. Brad will build your plan around what's in it.

I have pain or an old injury. Can you work around it?

Yes. Dr. Brad is a doctor of physical therapy, so plans account for your injuries and pain from day one. BAR is coaching and education, not medical treatment, so check with your doctor if you have a medical condition.

Which program is right for me?

Take the 30-second quiz on the Programs page, or book a free consult and Dr. Brad will point you to the right one.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. It's a 30-minute call with no obligation to sign up for anything.

How do I cancel a membership?

Email [email protected] and Dr. Brad will take care of it.
